Do you have any questions about our services and how you can access them? You will find the answers here. The frequently asked questions solve most of the challenges that a visitor to the centre will have. However, it is not exhaustive. If you cannot find answers to your questions, you can contact us, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Where is the Southgate car park located?
The car park is located directly beneath the Southgate shopping and restaurant precinct and can access it through any of its two entrances of Southgate Avenue or City Road.
How can I get information on boats and water ferries outside of Southgate?
The berths along Southgate promenade hosts many boating operations, and you can get more information from the Yarra River Business Association website.
How do I get information about the Sunday Market?
The Victorian Arts Centre operates the Sunday Market, and you can get more information by contacting them on (03) 9281 8000.
What hours is the Southgate Food Court open?
In the Summer, the Riverside Food Court usually operates on;
10.30 am – 9 pm: Monday to Wednesday
10.30 am – 9 pm: Thursday
10.30am – 10pm: Friday & Saturday
10.30am – 8pm: Sunday

Who do I report lost property to?
If you lost your property (or found one), you should contact the Southgate Reception.

If you would like to work at any of the Southgate tenancies, you have to go to the tenancies individually to know their recruitment process.
What restaurants can host functions at Southgate?
